How to claim from Transavia
- Check your flight for free to see if you may be entitled and how much.
- Get your claim pack: a letter to Transavia citing the regulation, and instructions for sending it.
- Send it to Transavia and give them 14 days to reply.
- If they refuse or don’t reply, use the reply templates or escalate to the enforcement body.
A claim company would typically keep up to €210 of a €600 payout. With a €19 claim pack, you keep €581.
