How to claim from easyJet Europe

  1. Check your flight for free to see if you may be entitled and how much.
  2. Get your claim pack: a letter to easyJet Europe citing the regulation, and instructions for sending it.
  3. Send it to easyJet Europe and give them 14 days to reply.
  4. If they refuse or don’t reply, use the reply templates or escalate to the enforcement body.

A claim company would typically keep up to €210 of a €600 payout. With a €19 claim pack, you keep €581.
